Fly-tipping in Berwick Pond Road

General waste dumped in layby just past country park entrance. All the lanes from stubbers, Warwick, Berwick pond etc are littered with rubbish all the way along. Evident now verges have been trimmed, looks a right mess, bottles and general rubbish.
