Fly-tipping in Elm Road

There’s been a 3 piece sofa and lots of rubbish dumped in the plot next to our house at 195 Elm. This plot I believe is owned by 32 Barton green and the fly tipping material is opposite the allotments. My name is Phil Burdekin 07813071525
