Fly-tipping in Highfield Road

Neighbours who are builders thinking it’s okay to leave all their ‘rubbish’ behind their property? Seen them whilst walking the dogs and mentioned the recycling centre a mile away and met with abuse! Both have vans at 80 and 82 Highfield.
