Fly-tipping in Hogarth Close

Fridge freezer. Dumped behind a parked car. I saw the van pull up at the end of the road, two lads got out took the machine out, dumped it and drive off. I have cctv of them closing vehicle and getting back in/driving off, but am unable to upload it
