Fly-tipping in Lowfield Road

Corner of Lowfield Road small block, rubbish dumped by the neighbourhood wood, metal, builders rubble, household food waste etc. This is attracting flies and foul smell which in this heat is outrageous that we are made to keep our windows closed.
