Fly-tipping in Buskeyfield Lane

On Buskeyfield Lane. Tyres stashed in hedge bottom in long grass. Saw them because I was walking, doubt they would be spotted from a vehicle. Plastic box about 6yds from tyres. Box been there several wks.
