Fly-tipping in Vermont Close

I have reported this fly tipping twice and have been told it‘s been cleared. I passed it again 6/8 at 19:52 and it’s still there! It’s amongst the trees in a clearing behind the houses. Think whoever is following this up needs to go spec savers.
