Fly-tipping in Rosedene Gardens

Today, local residents cleared up Thorpedale Gardens of rubbish. Drug bags, nitrous oxide metal canisters, take away waste and drinks cans & bottles. Some flytipped builders waste too. Please can redbridge council do their bit now and collect this.
