Fly-tipping in Castle Lane

On cycle path. Castle lane between North Baddedly and Valley Park, just on the Valley Park side of Zion Hill Cottage. Map will not allow me to pinpoint correct part of Castle Lane. My son found thus whilst on a cycle ride. See photo. Thanks.
