Pile of several black bags of general waste and several empty white paint tubs. Have pictures of vehicle used and was abused by driver of vehicle,. Oldham Council had cleared the area LESS THAN AN HOUR before this tool decided to drop rubbish off.

Waste now cleared by council, investigating incident. However, less than a day later, more rubbish.🤬
