Fly-tipping in A513
1 black bag with litter in it and a note saying it’s been collected by local litter picking team and LDC emblem. So why have they let it there? Sort of defeats the whole idea??

The local litter picking team collect it and then report it to the council for collection.
It's voluntary. The council actively encourage the neighbourhood to take part in these street cleaning events. Good on the person who collected it from our streets!
