Fly-tipping in Lister Drive

Household waste & +10 black bin sacks dumped full of garden waste in the ‘Cycle Store’ on Lister Drive. note- I witnessed 2 individuals (looked like Mother and Son) from 17 Lister Drive dumping the bin bags in the cycle store. 3rd October @ midday.
