Fly-tipping in Carr Lane

It’s still there! It’s at the side of a farm track where a footpath crosses the road ( the only place on that road where a footpath crosses it )

It has still not been moved, it is not that visible from the road you would have to park your vehicle and get out to see it . Looking at it again it is mainly empty plant food containers and paraphernalia for possible cannabis cultivation? Whatever it needs moving for environmental and safety reasons.
