Fly-tipping in Crescent Road

Rubbish dumped in Back street crescent rd bl3 2jp No 21 crescent rd again has been flytipping as i saw all this rubbish in their back yard There is also rubbish in the middle of the back street and the bin men may struggle to get up the bk street
