Fly-tipping in Graham Street

Hi I'm not 100% sure where this is but it's been in the paper... https://www.sthelensstar.co.uk/ It looks to be around Graham Street in St Helens. I don't live near there but it might be worth asking the paper or the residents as its really bad.
