Fly-tipping in Park Lane

Now 12/11/2020 and these bags still haven't been removed, general waste collection bin men will have driven past them at least three times in the last few weeks? One of the bags has now been ripped open so contents is likely to be spilled across the road very shortly. Please keep the road clear of waste, please remove.
