Fly-tipping in Earsdon Road
by Lee SwanWaste is located at the back of wasteland/carpark opposite the old Blue Bell pub /Lee Garden Chinese Takeaway at Shiremoor. The waste appears to be Asbestos and is wrapped in plastic and tapped up.
