Fly-tipping in Whitley Wood Road
Red Bin full and overflowing for weeks now. Bin next bottle bank all council workers seeing this day after day but nothing ever done ! Also Black bin bags now dumped on the floor next to Red Bin. Bins belong to to the Smiths old bicycle shop.

Also Black Bin full as well next to Red Bin. This is outside the old Smiths and MOT centre. Both closed for about 2 years. And shop boarded up. Eyesore.

Red Bin still full and over flowing with all rubbish in bin not just recycling items. And Black bin still full and overflowing next to it.
