Fly-tipping in Millfields
by Karl GwilliamThere are 3 sites of dumped rubbish on the bypass from Zoons Court roundabout (on the carriageway heading towards Gloucester business park. They are about 500m apart and each consist of approx 10 bags. Can’t add photos as nowhere to stop safely.
