Fly-tipping in Dorset Square

Opposite 35 Dorset Square. Bags filled with leaves have been increasing since Sunday, staring with 3 which has grown to 10. Now people are beginning to dump items such as this large Amazon box now being filled up with smaller items dropped into it.
