Fly-tipping in Whitley Wood Road

Again reported for the 3rd time ! Red bins emptied today and black bins last Thursday. RBC bin men and RBC staff who clean up sometimes at the bottle bank 5 yards from these bins all leave and watch this rubbish build up week after week.
