Fly-tipping in East Dean Hill

A bag of litter was dropped by the road side. I have cleared up the rubbish. However I noticed that there were 3 separate documents with the person name Abert Davis of 42 Brook Lane, Felixstowe, IP11 7JP. There is no further rubbish to collect.
