Fly-tipping in Mount Ephraim
Builders waste & broken Heras fencing. There is also a Heras fencing panel located on the public pavement in juxtaposition to the waste. This waste has been there since the Chamberlain Court care home was built a few years ago. Very unsightly.

24/02/21. This waste has still not been cleared. Brings the whole area down. Why can’t TWBC remove this?
