Fly-tipping in Park Lane

Still there, now pretty full with additional rubbish (people clearly using this as a skip!). Council did place a vehicle refuse disposal sticker on it on 09/01/2021, can th

really, looking at the state of it and the content including animal waste how can they imagine that someone wanted it and is likely to return to collect it!!!

Council have placed a further sticker on the caravan despite the fact that it is clearly dumped, is in a dilapidated condition and is full of rubbish. Please just remove it.
