Fly-tipping in Fulmer Walk

Large matters in the woodland area. This is a massive fire hazard. And a very dry wood which houses foxes. Woodpeckers and owls and a regular place for dog walkers and families. So a risk to all above it to be set on fire. Which has happened before.
