Fly-tipping in Crossfield Road

Fly tipping is continued; all along alley way that exits on Wellesley Rd Clacton. please can you alert the council to frequently add this route to the pedestrian/ council walked/ waste cycle; thank you . There is a camera why can’t you catch them!!
