Fly-tipping in Larks Barrow Hill

I saw this very unpleasant gentleman dumping his garden waste on the slip road by larks barrow hill. I turned around to see what he had been tipping as he drove off saw this and thought I’d follow to get a registration number. Done on the 5th of February at 4:30pm
