Fly-tipping in Alfred Street
by Jon CarpenterLarge amounts of household rubbish on the river bank on the side of Mount's Bridge Skirbeck road. The rubbish is contaminating the local waterways and causing harm to local wildlife as well as attracting rats to a residential area.
