Fly-tipping in Pochin Way

Commercial garden waste. 2 trailer loads. Tree waste and hedges. Seen dumped on Friday 12th Feb by 2 males in white Mitsubishi L200 and trailer. (Marked with company name "tree and Shrub") blocking the track and their vehicle has churned up the mud.
