Actually Ive looked a bit more closely at the contents and it is a mixture of dog food tins and animal waste so probably waste from an illegal puppy farm. Lovely people! Torturing dogs and using our country lanes as a tip. Shame our local authorities don't believe in challenging this behaviour for fear of causing offence..
