Fly-tipping in Filbert Close

3 black bags of rubbish. Annoyingly the previous flytip at the same location was only cleared in the last week after months of reporting it. The rubbish is on the footpath between Hazel Grove and Cloverland, approx 30m from Hazel Grove.
