Fly-tipping in Lower Clapton Road

Big black gate with entrance walkway opposite Round Chapel. Lower Clapton road. uphill struggle for years. Surrounding landlords dont help tenants. Restaurants along strip use it also. Council has ignored requests. Fire hazard and vermin hazard.
