Fly-tipping in Roman Road
by Jane CottonA hospital-type bed and debris. This is all dumped at the end of the extension to Roman Road (known as Muddy Lane) for which the only vehicle access is a padlocked gate. It would have been a big effort to carry the bed all that way. Very curious.
