Fly-tipping in Gilmorton Drive

The house number 4 right next to where the dumping is have been dumping baby stuff. I just witnessed the lady dump a car seat whilst taking her bin out and see her dump a jumperoo yesterday. I was unable to take a picture as it happened too quickly.
