Next to 28 Mascot Square house. A woman in her 20s dumped multiple black bags next to the house. Her name is Miss Ayushi Jogeeah originally living Flat 34 Prowse Court, 74 Fore Street, London as per NHS leaflet right on the top of the open bag.
