Fly-tipping in Aycliffe Lane

Extremely large amount of waste being ‘disposed of’ in a field. This waste is wrapped up to look like hay bales. The rubbish blows around and the area is covered in litter. There is 20+ bales. It appears a small amount of this waste is being burnt.
