Fly-tipping in Rhys Thomas Close

Fridge/gas bottle/concrete still not removed from The Close. - Walsall Council responsibility. Chair etc in communal bin area (kids tried setting fire to it). Suitcase & litter etc in Communal Garden, been there for months. - Whg responsible.
