Fly-tipping in Gorsy Bank Road

Big red canvas bag approx 4 x 4 feet left on grass verge. This could be flytipped from the house it backs on as this is the 4 item I have found in this exact spot. The others have been a metal headboard, metal gazebo and metal strips.
