Fly-tipping in Rhys Thomas Close
Wouldn't it be cheaper if Walsall Council prosecuted the fly tippers instead of sending muck trucks out every week to clear number 23’s fly tipping and number 21 who has added more to it today yet again ... theres no excuse for it.
