Fly-tipping in Bicker Road

Hi I sent you a message about this private eyesore a few days ago and I made a mistake with the address, it’s Park Lane not Mill Lane. This owner has broken down fencing next too and on the path, goodness knows what he is doing! Regards M A Russell.
