Fly-tipping in Glencairn Park Road

Rear neighbour from 11 Kensington Av. (Turbyfield) threw branches into my garden 12.00 on 29.04.21. I actually witnessed it. One piece hit me. I asked him to ask him to stop and clear my garden. He refused and said he didn’t care if he was reported.
