Fly-tipping in Manley Boulevard

Residents of 20 Ashfield Close, ME6 5FN who moved out yesterday (Craig & Faye Clarke)have dumped a load of household waste in the bins area that the binmen will not/have not removed (and neither should they, the amount is ridiculous!)
