Fly-tipping in Wragby Road

5th Dec, 6pm. Lady who lives at 29 Chichester Rd removed rubbish from the front garden and dumped it on the road by the electric box and under van outside their house.The rubbish was wooden fencing. you can see the evidence of it in their garden now.
