Fly-tipping in Swinstie Road

More waste dumped, pallets, builders waste, what looks like carpet rolls & sand. Rubbish dumped & reported on the 07/04 not been picked it. Bin bags have been ripped and the contents spread out. When will a camera be put up to stop this happening?
