Garden rubbish has been dumped over lockdown and is accumulating in the alley way between Idsworth Road and Cherry Tree Avenue behind 17 Idsworth and approx 40 Cherry Tree

Please be advised, this is located on Private land. As it is not owned by Havant Borough Council, they are unable to clear.

It isn’t on private land it is a public footpath. The footpath leads between the gardens between Cherry Tree Avenue and Idsworth Road

I have added a picture with a sign post at one end of it. The footpath runs from Park Lane to the Golf Club entrance
