Fly-tipping in Olive Mount

Rubbish continually left in alley. Currently it's a pram & bin bags. Believe it's residents at 3 Leighton Rd (bungalow). Previously noted packaging that had their address. When tried to evidence label was removed. Have seen a young child at property.
