Fly-tipping in Pingle Lane
On National Cycle Route 6 just north of the canal lock there is carpet underlay on one side of the track and general waste on the other. Point to note, someone has removed the bollard that prevents vehicular access to this point.

Great news the underlay has gone, but oddly the rubbish on the other side of the path was not taken at the same time. ?
