I last reported this on here on the 27/4/21 blackburn council is a joke they told us that these bins get returned to the resident for them to sort out after 2 weeks these have been here months we are sick of living in this rat infested rubbish dump its about time the people dumping there crap picked up after themselves and stop expecting everyone else to do it for them... There a residents around here that keep our properties and back yards clean but yet have to put up with this
