Fly-tipping in Bridgewater Gardens

Bags of waste and building materials dumped by the tree outside 34/36 Bridgewater Gardens, Edgware, HA8 6AW. People are adding bottles and food waste to the pile. Harrow Council haven't cleared it yet and it has been nearly a month.
