Fly-tipping in Upper Montagu Street

The people from 9A Upper Montagu St dumped rubbish bags and boxes on the tree in front of the property on Friday 16/07 at 12.15 am. There were at least 2 men and one woman. There is trash repeatedly left there outside collection hours.
